Welcome to the Housing Authority City of Long Beach Partner Portal. We are pleased to partner with housing providers, owners, and landlords participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
As a registered User, you will be able to view your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and other documents online. For assistance, see the Partner Portal FAQ link at the top of the screen.

You can also access This form from your account's "Forms" tab.
Our goal is to increase our level of service to you by providing 24/7 online service options that will reduce the need for you to call or visit HACLB during business hours.
